The free, family-friendly event is scheduled for Saturday, April 18, 2026, inviting the public to discover the critical role VVWRA plays in environmental stewardship and water sustainability across the Victor Valley.

The celebration is set to run from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM at the VVWRA Main Plant, located at 20111 Shay Rd, Victorville, CA. It offers a unique opportunity for residents to go behind the scenes and witness the high-tech processes involved in water reclamation, renewable energy generation, and resource recovery.

A central feature of the event will be guided tours of the VVWRA facility, demonstrating how wastewater is treated, cleaned, and transformed into high-quality recycled water. Attendees will gain a firsthand understanding of the complex, multi-stage process that protects public health and conserves water resources in the high desert.
